Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to House Call Solutions, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of IT services to seniors ("Services") by House Call Solutions, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By engaging our Services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


2. Scope of Services

  • Consultation and Assessment: Initial assessment of the Client’s IT needs.
  • Installation and Setup: Installation and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Training: Providing instructions and training on the use of technology.


3. Eligibility

Services are provided to individuals aged 55 and above. 


4. Service Requests

Service requests can be made via phone, email, or through our website. All requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and scheduled based on availability.


5. Fees and Payment

  • Consultation Fees: Initial consultation may be free or charged as per the current rate.
  • Service Fees: Fees for Services will be communicated upfront and are subject to change.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and checks.


6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation: Clients must notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule appointments without penalty if notified at least 24 hours in advance.


7. Service Limitations

  • Hardware and Software: We are not responsible for the performance or compatibility of third-party hardware or software.
  • Data Loss: We do not accept liability for any data loss. Clients are responsible for backing up their data.
  • Remote Services: Some issues may only be resolved via on-site visits and not through remote support.


8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information will only be used to provide Services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.


9. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their use of our Services.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time with written notice. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.


11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of Morris County NJ.


12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morris County NJ.
